Our coding managers work with physicians and their staff to pinpoint areas of potential documentation improvement so that our coders can properly capture all the actual services provided.
PAM maintains it's own internal training program for Radiology, Cardiology, Internal Medicine and other specialties. As a result, even experienced coders who come to PAM from another billing company or hospital, can be brought up to PAM's internal standards.
Our goal is to obtain for our clients the full patient care reimbursement to which they are legally and ethically entitled, and to always do so in a manner that complies with all applicable regulations and guidelines.
The HIPAA Privacy and Credit Protection Privacy Programs are under the leadership of an experienced senior management member. The Compliance Manual, employee training, and the company’s code of conduct, which follows OIG guidelines, are in place and followed. PAM’s clients are secure in the knowledge that our coders are specialists in coding for the complexities of radiology and cardiology.
