Judy King, President:
Judy has had a distinguished professional career with Professional Accounts Management, Inc. for more than 28 years. She has proven her dedication in helping physicians improve operations and increase practice revenue. Judy has built lasting relationships with our clients through education and promoting quality solutions. She is responsible for the overall business strategy while managing existing relationships. She is also in charge of PAM’s business development, marketing and compliance.
Sanjiv Kapur, Vice President, Operations:
Sanjiv has over 27 years of experience with Professional Accounts Management, Inc., managing and building our infrastructure. He is responsible for ensuring claims management protocols are efficient, and is distinctly familiar with the unique challenges of healthcare billing. Sanjiv oversees the day-to-day operational aspects of our Revenue Cycle Management process and is instrumental in driving the development of new service levels for our clients.
Jay Govind, Vice President, Healthcare Technology Solutions:
Jay brings with him 25 plus years working in information Technology for healthcare organizations. Jay is responsible for, and specializes in healthcare solutions including Electronic Medicare Records (EMR), document imaging/workflow solutions and automated Eligibility Verification solutions. Jay is also our designated “Meaningful Use” expert providing our clients a comprehensive overview of the government requirements and guidance through the complete implementation, use and attestation process.
Susan Rodriguez, Manager of Billing Operations & Service Teams:
Since 1985 Susan has provided PAM an impressive track record of superior performance and unwavering work ethic in the field of practice management and medical billing. Susan demonstrates her dedication by helping physicians improve their practice revenue. She is responsible for the overall management and workflow of the billing supervisors and their teams. Susan is also in charge of implementing office and billing protocols, coding guidelines, compliance, and continued education.
Each manager and supervisor play an integral part of our leadership team driving the development of new service and service levels for our clients. Our combined leadership team has over 105 years of medical billing experience.
